Sun-drenched, this 3500 square foot loft has been gut renovated, with views of the Hudson River and New Jersey beyond – sunsets every night! From a key-locked elevator, enter the living area boasting fireplace, flat-screen TV, and water views. Soaring ceilings, exposed brick, and hardwood floors throughout. The modern kitchen boasts stainless steel counters and appliances, including Sub-Zero and Asko. There is a fully-wired home-office and media room/gym. The oasis like master-suite makes you feel like you've just checked into a Five Star hotel with a wall-mounted flat-screen HD plasma TV and King Bed. The en suite master bath has double sinks, slate counter-tops and floors, tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom with its wall-mounted TV – Queen Bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen. All 3 bedrooms get direct sunlight in the AM. The loft has a 4 zone sound system, ADT alarm, washer and dryer and Central Air Conditioning. TWO WEEK MINIMUM!!!
