By staying a few blocks from the water, you can enjoy all San Diego has to offer without breaking the bank! You'll still have some money to go to SeaWorld, the Zoo and enjoy San Diego's great restaurants. This Duplex was just remodeled from top to bottom and beautifully furnished. This comfortable 2bdrm/1ba apt is one half of a duplex. Just 2.5 short blocks from beautiful Sail Bay (the part of Mission Bay that is closest to the ocean) and about 8 blocks from the ocean where Mission Beach and Pacific Beach blend together. The light and airy living room is tastefully and comfortably furnished. There is a 'home office' with a PC Computer, high speed cable internet and WiFi, FAX/Printer/Copier/Scanner. The kitchen has granite counter tops, all new appliances and beautiful cabinets. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet with mirrored doors. The 2nd bedroom has two single bunk beds and a double bed and an additional TV. Fenced yard, parking and free laundry room.

We enjoyed our stay in San Diego. The unit was clean and comfortable. The bunk beds were a big hit with our 5 year old twins. We visited the Wild Life Park, Legoland, Disney, SeaWorld, Belmont Park, the beach, LaJolla's seals, and Old Town. Nancy was very nice and accomodating. We would definately stay again should we decide to return to San Diego in the future.

We stayed at the PB property with our 4 and 2 year old
boys, my husband and sister and it was perfect. The
house was clean, well decorated, up to date appliances
and it was a convenient location. We will definitely try
to stay at this or one Nancy's other vacation rentals in

My family of 5 stayed here over Thanksgiving. The location is very nice; close to the beach and Sea World. There was plenty of space. Jeremy was very helpful. He stopped by to make sure we were getting settled ok and when we had a problem w/a power outage, he allowed us to use a nearby rental unit to cook our turkey! We would definitely use Nancy's Vacation Rentals again.

Great time in San Diego

We had such a great time in San Diego. The condo was wonderful and close to everything that we wanted to go to. My brother is going to vacation there this summer and I am definitely recommending that he contact you for a condo rental.

I don't have any complaints regarding the condo, but maybe a suggestion. The condo sleeps 6, but you only have like 4 plates and 3 bowls, a set of dishes to have for everyone who stayed there would be great.

Again, we had such a fabulous time and really appreciate all of what your condo had to offer. You have also been very nice to work with and that is also very much appreciated. I already wish I was back in sunny San Diego-there is a blizzard watch here in Kansas. Thanks again!!

The unit we stayed in was very nice. The space was perfect for our needs and the location worked well for our family. The only negative aspect was the electrical situation. It was cold and with the space heaters running, the breakers continually needed to be reset.
Owner's Response: The electrical panels were built 40 years ago before we had many of today's energy hungry appliances. We've done our best to minimize accidental tripping of the breakers by purchasing energy efficient appliances, but running several things at once will occasionally trip the breakers, which can easily be reset without leaving the condo. After the abnormally cold weather this guest experienced, we installed an efficient gas heater that has greatly reduced the load on the electrical system and keeps the condo toasty warm.
