Photos and Description of this San Diego holiday Studio Apartment - 1 Bath - (Sleeps 2)

One or two people can stay in this new little studio apartment and still have plenty of money left over for nice meals and seeing the sites! With all there is to see and do in San Diego, how much time are you going to spend inside anyway! Less than three blocks from beautiful Sail Bay and only 7-8 blocks from the ocean, you can stroll or ride our provided bikes on the miles and miles of Mission Beach, Pacific Beach and Mission bay boardwalks. This studio was just built and nicely furnished including a flat screen Plasma TV (on cable) above a fireplace, a large bathroom, lots of closet space, a good size kitchen and little table for two. the Day-Bed folds out with two twin-size mattresses providing a sleeping area for two that is larger than a queen bed. Cable internet/WiFi, too! What are you waiting for?

Even Disneyland & Knotts Berry Farm can be done as a day trip. Mexico is only 25 minutes away. Walking barefoot on the beach, strolling on the boardwalks, watching the sunset and maybe getting a glimpse of the green flash right as the sun dips below the horizon all free!

I very much enjoyed my stay in this very affordable
studio. It is small but has everything you need from
wi-fi to cable and the kitchenette. It is within
walking distance to the beach, restaurants and
grocery stores. It is also very quiet and private.
Nancy and Jeremy were great to work with, very
prompt and informative. I will definitely consider a
return visit in the future.

I came down for a business/pleasure trip and was very pleasantly surprised at the great little studio for the great little price. It was very convenient for my trip and had everything I needed. My only problem was I was not able to pick up internet service there, but what can you do? I will be back for sure-

I had to cancel my reservation, so no available
comments on the stay. However, Nancy was very
reliable and refunded my deposit promptly. I definitely
have her properties bookmarked now for future rental

For a sunny January week, I enjoyed staying in this compact but comfortable studio. The location was perfect for walking or bicycling. I found nothing lacking, the only negative being the poor design of the toilet. that being said, the bathroom was nearly as large as the living space.

We had planned this work/rest vacation for months. We were do excited to find Rob's studio online and was looking forward to having some R&R on the beach. Had to cancel our vacation due to surgery and although disappointed I couldn't go, was pleased at the manner and promptness of the staff and getting a quick refund on the deposit. I've bookmarked you for next time!
