This property is located on beautiful Bay Harbour Island, just minutes from the white sands of the Surfside and Bal Harbour beaches. There are restaurants, outdoor cafes and shops within walking distance. It has the perfect location close to all the action in South Beach and the glamour of Bal Harbour, but apart from the traffic and noise. The Aventura Mall is a fifteen minute drive by car. The apartment is great for singles, couples and an entire family. The location and area are fantastic. If you are traveling with children, the apartment has an alcove area off the living room with a pull out full sofa bed. The beautiful newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment has over 1,200 square feet of living space with a dining room that seats six and a living room with a large sectional sofa and entertainment center. There are hardwood floors and an upgraded kitchen with granite counters and new appliances including a stacked washer/dryer. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed

we passed a wonderful time at this pretty ocean-view apartment. all windows look towards the ocean. the apartment was very clean and very nicely furnitured. lots of towels, extra bed-sheets. well kept apartment building, friendly staff, very clean. nice little pool with deckchairs. ocean with beautiful quiet and peaceful beach (including life-guard!) only across the street (2 min. walk). very nice neighbourhood. you can walk two blocks to exclusive and elegant bal harbour shops. publix supermarket in walking distance. bus in front of the door. restaurants in walking distance. south beach short car drive away, aventura mall, too. we had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying at the apartment very much. we will definitely come back. we can highly recommend this apartment to everybody.
