Delaware holiday house

We rented this house for a week, there was no welcome packet or such, telling us garbage collection days or how to operate appliances or where to find appliances...Was told house was a fully functional rental.....well when you have a rental that accommodates 11 people...there should be more than 8 forks and 4 knives!!! House is missing the BASIC amenities like....an operational BBQ!, utensils! comfortable patio furniture! Instead, you will find lots of wine glasses, fondue sets and cookbooks of every imaginable kind just not the means to apply the recipes. Also, there are suppose to be 2 pull-out....be damned if I know where 2nd 1 is. Owner went to great lengths to put high ends on house...but house is still a work in progress with many cabinets storing building supplies instead of kitchen neccesities . was charged a "cleaning Fee" well, place wasnt clean when we arrived, toys and food in couch cushions (trying to find 2nd pull-out), cobweb under furniture and in corners. Also,outside shower not operational to wash sand off after a long day at the beach, sitting on patio most uncomfortable with overgrowth of weeds a bbq that hasnt been used in years with cobweb and no propane, and rusted wire "furniture" that is not functional in any way, Inside ,beautiful but inadequate, loft bedroom has no ceiling fan, and even though air conditioner is cranking...loft remains quite warm. While there, water pipe broke in driveway...we called owner to see what who we should do or who to call, didnt return our call....thank goodness we found a neighbor who is a full time resident. Definitely NOT worth the money.
