You'll love all the room at this big, beautiful family beach house just a 3-minute walk from a perfect private sandy Bayside beach. You can also walk or bike to a nearby fresh water pond and beach, or bike/drive minutes to the famous National Seashore beaches on the Atlantic. The five-BR, three-bath house is ideal for a group up to 10 vacationing together. Three separate sleeping areas in the house: MBR suite with King upstairs, two BRs (double, twins share full bath) on main level, two more BRs (double, twins share third full bath with tub) up a half level at opposite end of house. Enormous deck wraps around equally impressive great room with huge dining area table and vaulted ceilings, adding to the sense of light and space. Totally separate, large family/TV room gives kids and adults their separate living spaces. Laundry room on lower level. Wireless Internet, Cable TV, DVD, gas grill, outdoor shower. Hard to find this much house, this close to the beach in Eastham!

The house is ideally situated in Eastham on the Bay side. You walk less than three minutes down an unpaved cart road and sandy path to one of the best private sandy Bay side beaches on the Cape. Or you can bike or walk to nearby Great Pond and Wiley Park, which features a sandy beach, rest rooms and a play scape for younger kids. Or you can drive or bike to the National Seashore beaches -- Coast Guard Light Beach and Nauset Light Beach, two of the best beaches on the entire Atlantic seaboard -- for that greater-surf, ocean beach experience. Cape Cod's famous Rail Trail Bike Paths are minutes from your door as well. This is truly an ideal summer beach vacation home, with plenty of room for two families or one expanded, multi-generational family group.
