This condo is a secluded, beautiful 600 square foot 1 bedroom/1 bathroom retreat that feels like home in one of Provincetown's most impressive condominiums. The building is approximately six years old and the condo is only in its second year of rentals. All new paint and furnishings from top to bottom. Hardwood floors, central air, central vacuum, gas fireplace, private deck facing woods, Jenn-Air gas grill, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, granite counter tops, washer/dryer in unit, queen bed in bedroom, queen sleep sofa in living room, wireless Internet as well as wired hook-up, cable TV, DVD/VCR, CD player/radio stereo that is IPod compatible, phone, one reserved parking space. For those of you who have pets, sorry, but the condo association does not allow pets.

A truly unique place that you will find very hard to leave, and when you do, a never ending desire to return again and again. While you are staying here, you will be extremely comfortable in a very modern condo in a new building (relatively rare for Provincetown). While inside the condo, you will feel secluded and away from the crowds, yet when you walk a block or so to Commercial Street, you will have the special world of Provincetown at your feet with all it has to offer.

So much more than we expected!!

This condo was absolutely wonderful. My partner and I and our two friends recently spent the weekend in Provincetown and stayed here. The condo came equipped with every possible amenity that would could have wanted or needed, from wine/margarita/martini glasses to a grill. The electric fireplace was really a treat in the evenings when the temperature dropped. The condo was close enough to Commercial St. and a pleasant walk in the morning/afternoon but far enough not to hear the hustle and bustle. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was absolutely adorable. The whole condo was wonderfully decorated with little nic-nacs that gave the place pizazz. Because we were on a budget we went to Stop & Shop quite a few times to purchase food to cook at the condo rather than going out to eat. We even purchased lobster from Landmark and prepared them back at the condo.
The dishwasher and the washer/dryer were a real plus.

Overall this place deserves more than 5 stars! We will definitely go back!

This space is private ...beautifully decorated and fully outfitted...east end....not far to walk into town
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: The reviewer checked the box for 55+. That does not imply that the property wouldn't be enjoyed by guests in any age group. I think the intended message was to convey that the property is secluded, quiet, and does not involve climbing many steps to gain access.

Terrific home!

I recently stayed in this home with my partner and a friend visiting from California and would definitely recommend this to friends/family. The house was amazing, beautifully decorated, perfect location, well equipt and had a great private back deck area. Close enough to walk to everything but tucked away for the times you wanted to relax. The owner was great to deal with as well and made the rental process very easy. We can't wait to plan our next vacation there!
