Photos and Description of this Muro holiday apartment Lovely apartment in a Country House surrounded by Vines, and Lemon trees.

Pretty recently refurbished apartment. Set in mature private gardens with vines, lemon, orange & fig trees. The apartment comprises a open plan lounge with a double sofa bed and seating for four. There is an American style kitchen, two gas ring hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, barbecue and use of the utility room which includes a washing machine and dryer. There is limited English TV and a large selection of DVDs and books. The bedroom has a king sized double bed, on-suite with wc and shower. For the more active of you there is bike hire, sailing (Tim is a R.Y.A. sailing instructor), table tennis or just swim in the cooling 10 metre swimming pool. Alternatively you can relax in your own private garden with a good book, sipping a sangria, whilst waiting for your barbecue to warm up. This holiday is not for those wishing for the bright lights of the more touristy areas of Mallorca, however if you want to get off the beaten track and see the real Mallorca it will be the place for you.

Nearest Airport: Palma at 45 Miles
Nearest Ferry: Alcudia at 6 Miles
Nearest Train: Muro at 4 Miles
Nearest Motorway: Inca at 20 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Miles

Our nearest town is Can Picafort 1.5 miles, a small sea side resort with a number of hotels and restaurants, a marina, supermarkets etc.Just before you reach the town you will find the most beautiful unspoilt beach that stretches along the coast between Can Picafort and Alcudia, the beach is backed by sand dunes and S'Albufera Nature Reserve a bird watchers paradise. The far side of the Reserve is within five minutes easy walk from the apartment. 15 minutes along the coast road is the busy and Lively resort of Alcudia, here you can experience its cosmopolitan selection of bars and restaurants (we can recommend a couple of fantastic Tapas bars). Take time out to visit the marina Alcudiamar, the boats are just gorgeous. The old towns of both Alcudia and the near by Pollença are a must see..the architecture is stunning, visit on market day and you can combine shopping with sightseeing. Alternatively off the beaten track is Muro, a traditional mallorcian town and just wonderful.
