This bright sunny villa in its own grounds is situated on a small community. On the popular town of Ciudad Quesada. It has a ramp for disabled access, solarium on the roof, with 2 balconies, for eating out in the glorious sunshine, whilst shaded. The shared pool is just in front of the villa, for which you have full use of. There is an adult pool along with a toddler pool. Off road car parking. There are many bars and restaurants, situated locally. With Rojales close by for a totally Spanish lifestyle. Local markets are held every day in many nearby villages, where you can obtain all freshly grown fruit and vegetables, and cooked chicken to add to the large array of salads available. A wonderful coffee to try is called a Bon bon, served with condensed milk, or with a splash of brandy called a Belmonte. This is available in most bars. This is an ideal location for those want their own space, but along side other Europeans & Americans, but close enough to enjoy the Spanish way of life.

Notes to the rental rates

• If you wish to rent for longer periods than 3 weeks please contact us. Maybe you want a long rent for 2 or 3 months we can advise you of our special rates. Don't forget you may need longer here to view potential properties to buy for yourself.
  
• A deposit of £100 is required at time of booking. This may only be refunded if you have to cancel, if we manage to rebook the villa. Full payment required 8 weeks prior to arrival. It is strongly advised that you take out travel insurance. The £100 deposit will be returned once the villa has been checked out by our staff, and there are no substantial breakages, or damage. This will be returned within 14 days of leaving the villa.

Getting here

A pick up and drop off is available from both Alicante and Murcia airport. You can of course drive if you wish from one of the ferry ports - Bilbao or Santander. If you don't drive, there are phone numbers available for you, to book taxi's but there is also a bus service running close to the villa.

For the children

Well it goes without saying that there is of course Mc Donalds & Burger King a short drive away in Torrevieja. And for the bigger children a chinese is a must. 3 courses, inc wine from around 8€. Tapas is also worth a try, pop into one bar, buy a drink, have a starter then move onto the next bar, have a little more, moving along till you have satisfied your taste-buds mmmm. Fiesta days here in Spain are frequent, and great fun, evening can often end at 5 o'clock in the morning, along with fabulous firework displays. Market days are Saturday in Catral and Almoradi, Friday in Dolores, Thursday in Rojales, and Sunday Markets are plentiful, in various locations. You can also visit Guadlest in the mountains, where there is a private zoo, and there are some wonderful waterfalls, travelling time around 1 1/2 hours located near to Benidorm. Also don't forget Terra Mitica, which is about 1 hour away, which is a theme park similar to Disney, which is also great fun, for children young and old.

Shopoholic and...

Just a short drive to Torrevieja, and you will find C&A, and some fab Spanish fashion stores. Taking an hour's drive you will find Spanish stores, such as the famous El Corte Ingles in Alicante and Murcia. Elche has a great indoor shopping centre along with bowling for the children whilst you sample the many bars and bistro's. The markets have a good choice in clothing and shoes at very reasonable prices, also Crevillente is great for buying rugs, it is where they are made. Why not bring an extra suitcase, and allow for the weight on your outgoing baggage allowance. Menu of the day is also available in most bars, 3 courses including wine for 7.50€ / 9.€ per head.

Golf Information:

Marquesa golf course is just down the hill 5 minutes away. There are many other golf courses in and around the area.
