Whats it like?:
This is a quiet small complex of about 30 units stylish and clean, nicely laid out,plenty of parking on site right next to the apartment. There are a couple of flights of stairs to negotiate to the apartment and then one more to the roof terrace 76 square meters, tiled with loungers and large umbrella.There are lovely views across to the sea,and you can enjoy great sunsets.
The sun does not come up from behind mount Tiede until about ten in the morning so you can have a coffee in the cool of the day before you roast.
The apartment is on that stretch of the coastline which benefits not only the cool onshore breezes but the clear skies which you get before the air is forced to rise and form clouds.
The complex has two pools both heated, a children's lower pool(toys allowed) and an adults deeper and larger pool (no toys allowed) No diving is allowed for safety of you and others in either pool.No swimming after 9 at night or sunset.
What else?:
The apartment has generous sized rooms is well presented (our second home) and two decent sized bedrooms, with added benefit of two bathrooms so it is ideal for couples who may not wish to share the same facilities or for example teenagers who want privacy!
It is comfortably furnished with doughy sofas to crash on.
The folding bed fits into the corner of this room so honestly this apartment is for four but a tot could be put up if you don't mind.
The clubs and music and lights are only ten minutes away down the motorway, the village is lovely and a pleasant walk away, we love it hope you do too.
