Fans are available in all Rooms and Air Con is installed in the Upper Level Master Bedroom. The Lounge has a Log Burner and electric heaters for warmth during the Winter Period. The holiday accommodation on offer is situated 2.5km from the beaches of Moraira and approx 8km from Javea. Both towns boast Beautiful coastlines, spectacular Mountain ranges and a relatively unspoilt and quiet ambience. Moraira lies in a bay and is ideal for all year round visiting. It offers a wide variety of Shops and Historic buildings and has an array of roadside Cafes, Bars and Restaurants along a brightly lit Promenade which is excellent for having a relaxing drink in the Evenings. Javea has three main areas, the Historic Old Town with its white house fronts and cobbled streets, the traditional Fishing Port with it´s own Marina and the Arenal the bustling heart with a beautiful Sandy Beach and a promenade of Shops, Bars and Restaurants facing the beautiful mediterranean Sea. Both Moraira and Javea offer a wide range of entertainment for all ages and each Town has a weekly Market.

The property is less than One Hour away by Car from Benidorm which has many attractions for all ages, including 'Mundomar' an Animal Water Park, 'Aqualandia' a Themed Swimming Park and 'Terra Mitica' a large Fun Park boasting some of the largest rides in Europe. The beautiful picturesque historic village of Guadalest set in the mountains is a place not to be missed along with the 'Waterfalls of Algar', other nearby towns include Calpe with its well known 'Calpe Rock' jutting out of the Sea, Benissa, Teulada and Denia.
