120 sq. meter Penthouse Apartment with large Balcony overlooking the Marina of Santa Eularia with expansive views of Santa Eularia Bay and to Formentera. The large south facing Roof Terrace (110 sq Meter) with Barbeque area and Roof Studio is private for sunbathing and ideal for 'al-fresco' dinning. Suitable for families, this large apartment is within 5 minutes walk to Town Centre, Beach, Prominade, Ferry Port and a variety of excellent Bars and Restaurants. A Supermarket and local shops are only short stroll away (3 mins) There is an Elevator from Entrance Level to the Apartment Living Area, and internal staircase to the Roof Terrace. This is a privately owned Residential block, and noise must be kept to a minimum after midnight.

Because the keys are not ordinary keys,if the keys are not returned, the owners reserve the right to charge for having to change the main lock and having new keys made.
  • Cancellation:- If we receive your cancellation 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit if we are able to secure another booking.

This is possibly one of the best presented apartments I’ve ever stayed in. The web site pictures simply don’t do justice to the space, quality finish and contents . It’s located in a private residential building so very little noise and the views of the marina are just superb, especially from the roof terrace.

Our every need was catered for by the owner, Peter including taxi prices (Euro 30 each way), local contacts and even a brand new travel cot.

Only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and wonderful town and if you haven’t been to Santa Eulalia before, you’ll be back. This was my third time in the resort and without hesitation I’d book this apartment again.

The Perfect Ibiza Rental

If you don't want the madness of Ibiza but still want to wine, dine and have a great view then this apartment has it all.

It's easy to find, parking was not a problem and only 2 minutes walk from the marina. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms and 1 single room, there are 2 bathrooms and a large living room, you don't need all the indoor space though as this apartment has a terrace and rooftop to die for!

We chilled every night watching the sunset and the boats making their return journeys, the apartment has the whole roof at it's disposal, you can even sunbathe up there, the view was just fabulous.

2 minutes walk to the marina and all it's bars and restaurants, Santa Eularia is a more chilled out than Ibiza town, but if you want the madness it's only a 20 minute car ride. The town itself has everything you could wish for without being tacky and is the perfect location for exploring the rest of the island - head north and fidn some of the smaller calas, it's worth it!!

We loved it and are seriously considering booking again for next year, we have already recommended it to friends, it really was a home from home in the sunshine!!

A very nice apartment - the photos do not do justice to the expansive living space available from this property. Nicely decorated, well equiped, very clean/tidy, comfortable furniture/beds and everything worked (no broken lamps, locks, kettles, loos, etc.). Loads of room for our party of 5 and 7 people living there would not feel cramped. The roof terrace is a lovely surprise - again loads of space, lovely views, comfortable sunbeds and a massive parasol. We had a great holiday there and I would recommend Santa Eularia as a good base for a family holiday - it's a big enough town that everything is there that you could need (loads of restaurants for instance) but it's relatively quiet and very well kept.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
