Notes to the rental rates

• We have set out below the conditions of rental to avoid any misunderstandings at a later date. A 10% Deposit will secure your booking, the balance being due 4 weeks prior to arrival. A £250 security deposit is required with the final payment & is fully refundable within 2 weeks after departure once the apartment has been checked and left in a similar state to how you found it and the keys returned. Because the keys are not ordinary keys,if the keys are not returned, the owners reserve the right to charge for having to change the main lock and having new keys made.
  
• Cancellation:- If we receive your cancellation 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit if we are able to secure another booking.

The Property is but a 5 minute walk to the Small Ferry Terminal of Santa Eularia. From here Ferries run Daily during High Season to Formentera, Ibiza Town, Es Cana Hippy Market and several Beaches along the Coast.
