The Ludlum home is a spacious, bright and cheery vacation home located on Marco Island. Families and couples will enjoy the property's split floorplan. The master suite features a king bed, large walk-in closet and separate tub and shower. There are sliding glass doors that open out to the lanai.
There is a guest bedroom featuring a queen bed, and full bath and shower. Twin twin beds are available as well, with a bath and shower. There is a laundry room adjacent to the third bedroom.
The home offers four televisions, one of which is a big-screen in the livingroom. There is one DVD player, and two VCRs as well. The kitchen has a center island, complete with Jenn-Aire.
The lania has a large swimming pool, outdoor bar area and gas grille. Steps lead down to a 70' dock. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Home, Air Conditioning, Grill/BBQ, Pool Heated, Dock, Garage/carport, Screened Lanai, Pets Ok, Laundry in Unit, Southern Exposure, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player, Waterfront, Wireless or Cable Internet.
