284 N. Barfield Drive, Marco Island, Florida is a two-storey former model home. This spacious home offers accommdations for up to 10 guests, with 3 queen beds and two sofa sleepers.
This nicely furnished home has a formal living room, formal dining room, family room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two baths on the first floor. The second floor has a bedroom and sitting area.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, large walk-in closet and full bath. Sliding glass doors open out to the lanai. Each guest bedroom also has a queen bed. There is a second full bath as well.
The screened lanai has a (seasonally) heated swimming pool with in-pool spa. There is lots of patio furniture, gas grille, pool toys and outside shower. The home is situated on a wide canal, and features direct western exposure. A boat dock is available to tie a boat up to.
This fully furnished home has all the linens, towels, cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils provided. There are 2 televisions and 1 VCR. PLEASE NOTE: The garage is not available. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Home, Air Conditioning, Grill/BBQ, Pool w/in pool spa, Dock, Screened Lanai, Laundry in Unit, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player, Waterfront.
