Los Balcones holiday bungalow

Situated in a pretty residential cul-de-sac in Los Balcones. Accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one with super-king size bed, the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. An electronic safe is provided. The living area comprises of a 3- seater settee with 2 armchairs, a double sofa bed, an extending dining table and wall unit + TV. The separate kitchen comprises of a full size oven with 4 ceramic hobs, large fridge-freezer, washing machine and appliances (electric kettle, toaster etc). Crockery, saucepans, utensils, and tea towels are provided. The bathroom is spacious containing bath with shower over, WC and wash basin. Outdoor living can be enjoyed on the private front terrace or tiled garden at ground level, or the very spacious private roof terrace, where views of the salt lakes and Torrievieja can be seen. The communal pool is a few steps away, accessible only by resident keyholders and tenants. Air-con/heating units fitted 07/05.

Mirador Los Balcones is an Urbanization on the outskirts of Torrievieja on the Costa Blanca boasting beautiful beaches, salt lakes, hypermarket, shopping centre, and famous golf courses. There are restaurants, shops, a bank and supermarket within a 10 minute walk, or a 10 minute bus journey (nearby bus stop) will take you to Torrievieja town and market. The nearby salt lakes (seen from the roof terrace of the bungalow) provide a haven for wildlife and boasts one of the healthiest areas in the world. There are several blue flag beaches around the area, a nearby water park, cinema and bowling complex. You can visit a casino, nightclubs, bars and restaurants in Torrievieja, or the seafront promenade for good food and sangria and watch the world go by. The Park of Nations can also be enjoyed by people of all ages, along with a variety of markets throughout the week. Torrievieja and the Costa Blanca are largely unspoilt compared to other parts of Spain and offer something for everyone.

Bedroom 1 boasts a huge Super King-Size bed with large fitted wardrobes with sliding doors. There are two matching bedside cabinets either side of the bed. There is a digital electronic safe fixed inside the wardrobe to provide additional security of valuables and documents at no extra cost. The 'PIN' number is selected by you should you wish to take advantage of this facility. An air conditioning/heating unit has been installed and is operated by remote control. Bedroom 2 contains two twin standard size single beds with a bedside cabinet and matching chest of drawers. There is also a fitted wardrobe which contains an iron/ironing board providing laundry facilities for anyone who needs them. A mirror and coat hook complete the decor. There are two electric standard fans and two heaters.

The bathroom is large and has a bath with shower over, wc and washbasin. There is glass shelf for storage of personal items, together with a mirrored vanity unit, also with some storage.

Towels are provided, but please bring your own beach and poolside towels. Laundry facilities are provided enabling you full use of the washing machine and ironing facilities. The bungalow is built on one level. There is one step onto the property at the front gate, along with one step from the kitchen out into the utility area, although access to this area is not normally required. Other than this, the only other steps are those that lead up to the roof terrace. If you should feel you might be unable to access the roof terrace, then outdoor living may be enjoyed on the front terrace at ground floor level.

ANYONE FOR GOLF? For any golf enthusiasts, what a choice! There are 5 beautiful 18-hole golf courses nearby. Tee times tend to get booked up quickly, especially during peak holiday times, so it is advisable to book your slots as soon as you know the dates you will be travelling. Clubs, trolleys and buggies can normally be hired if required.
