Balconies in the rooms on the second floor with direct access to the beach, is located at 250 yds to the shore of one of Puerto Rico's most beautiful beaches. This is a gated, ocean front resort residential complex with two miles of private beach near downtown Rincon and downtown Aguada. We did go down to San German and La Parguera.it was worth the trip. We also went around Mayaguez. Every where we went ,especially in Rincon, people were so friendly to us. You made us feel real comfortable and at home when we met you. Your home in Punta del Mar was great. Being right on the ocean was perfect for us. We could not get over the beauty, location and peacefulness of Punta del Mar, which is surrounded by such an exciting island! The exclusion on the beach was what we really needed. I must admit, the other two families that came said they liked our condo a lot ( I personally liked ours the best)! The kids thought it was 'the coolest'! LOL!!! I would definitely recommend your condo to anyone and have already really spoken very highly about your place! The owner was very friendly and helpful in greating us and making concessions to faciliate our stay. He also provided helpful information about the area. The property was great, very clean and comfortable, it also contained lots of things to make it feel like home, for example dvds, board games, beach towels, etc. The villas sits on an enclosed location with direct access to the beach and a very nice pool. The grounds and pool were well maintained and the kids loved it. We stayed with two small children and my mother and look forward to returning next year. It is located close to local restuarants and a good place for sight seeing. A car is a must. I would highly recommend this property.

5 Star Villa in Rincon

Dear John Rosario and family,

This is a vacation location that when you arrive you immediately feel relaxed and right at home. The views, the peace and quiet and the atmosphere were marvelous. Everything is provided to make your stay very comfortable, including the privacy to enjoy the beach, surf, and sun. The villas and surrounding property are beautiful and well complemented by the nice facilities and security.

Your rental villa was well equipped, functional and beautifully furnished; it definitely exceeded our expectations. The place was very clean and well maintained, just the way it is supposed to be when you’re on a vacation! There were no surprises except the fact that the villa has central air conditioning! That’s definitely a rarity for homes and condos in Puerto Rico, but a welcome one to say the least since summers can be quite warm on the island. The fully equipped and comfortable kitchen allowed us to cook many of our own meals, which definitely helped soften the blow to our wallet. And since the resort is located between Rincón and Aguada, the options for supermarkets were plentiful. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the bathrooms were sparkling clean and the availability of an upstairs washer and dryer was very useful and convenient. The wireless and hard wire internet capability was a welcome bonus as it allowed us to connect our laptop computer and keep up with our email. The TVs in every room connected to live cable kept the kids entertained during down time and even we were also able to catch a couple of our favorite TV shows.

The beach area is about 100 yards away and is very nice for swimming, sunning or walking. There’s an area where a rock shelf creates a large shallow sandy bottom pool that is safe for the kids. We love the beach, but prefer to sleep not too close to it, so the location was just perfect for our stay. We spent many of our days on the beach or at the very nice resort style swimming pool. Some of our nights were spent at west coast restaurants, bars or friend’s houses. When we would be done partying and socializing, a cool and quiet night always awaited us at the villa, just minutes away. The great location of the villa gave us the opportunity to visit some of the many attractions on the western half of the island. We played golf (twice!) at Punta Borinquen in Aguadilla. We visited the awesome Rio Camuy Caverns near Lares. We took a trip to the Cabo Rojo lighthouse and truly enjoyed the spectacular views

Peace and Quiet in Rincon

Your villa was totally enjoyable. The place is quiet had everything you'd want for a beach villa and more. I especially enjoyed relaxing every morning with coffee on the lounge chairs outside of the master bedroom. We loved all the modern touches, such as A/C and the huge kitchen. The unforgettable sunsets at the beach were awesome . See you either this Winter or next Spring. Muchas Gracias!

Everything Was First Rate!

John, I have to say that this was the most comfortable and well appointed condo our family has ever rented....and we've rented many many over the years! Your place itself is so well appointed and top notch as far as furnishings go. It is very clear that you go the extra mile to make your renters comfortable, and we appreciated all your nice touches. Outside the condo itself was great as well; the beach was a minute's walk, and most of the time we were the only ones there! Rincon is a nice town (my kids insisted on visiting the Tropical Sno every day for the fantastic shaved ice!!), and we were able to visit many beaches around the area with our car.
We wouldnt hesitate to recommend your place to anyone...it is beautiful ....we'll be back!
