January-March 2010 Special: 4 night min @ $170.00 per night, $1100.00 per week with a $40 cleaning (regularly $65). 4 night minimum for this special. Please check our calendar for availability. We have a lovely 1902 Victorian lower flat that is charming, cozy and in a lovely neighborhood. Noe Valley is a wonderful place for couples, singles & families with beautiful Victorian line streets that are sunny, safe, quiet & clean. The flat is very comfortable and easy to live in. All utilities are provided as well as linens, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. We also have a 37' flat screen television with digital cable featuring HBO, Starz, Encore and On Demand free stuff, free WIFI as well as free local and nationwide long distance calling. Please look at our pictures to see how comfortable and cozy the flat is. You will be snug as a bug in a rug!

    Rental contract and $300.00 security deposit required for all stays. 1/2 the security deposit ($150.00) required to hold dates. Payment in full due 45 days prior to check in. Deposit is refunded within 3 days of check out provided there are no breakages or shortages.

    Premium dates such as Easter, Gay Pride Weekend, Memorial Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years may be subject to up charges. Inquire for rates.
  • Monthly renters are guests who stay 28 night or longer and the rental fee includes cleaning & loding tax. The only additional payment for monthly renters is the refundable security deposit.

  • The first bedroom has fresh crisp feel to it, with plush bedding, lots of pillows and a brand new queen sized bed. You'll be sleeping soundly in this room. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed and has a very serene feeling to it. It also has a queen bed with soft bedding a snugly comforters and pillows. There is also a daybed located in the main living area the 'great room'. The daybed has a twin mattress along with a trundle underneath the bed also with a twin mattress. The two can be combined to make one large bed or used individually to sleep 1 or 2.

Great family area!

My family and I had a great stay at this Noe Valley home. I was completely comfortable with having my 2 young sons with us in a beautiful friendly neighborhood! We were in a decent walking distance of many shops and bus stops that were very easy to access the entire city.
We will be staying here again when we visit next. Also, there were great resturants that provide amazing food by delivery!
The home was very clean and all we could have asked for was provided.
Over all we had a great stay and are anxiously awaiting our next trip to this beautiful city!

Love the neighborhood!

My family & I stayed here in September 09 and we absolutely loved it. First off we were in San Francisco when it was really sunny and that alone was fantastic, what a beautiful city! We were so happy in the neighborhood, we walked everwhere and even went to the Whole Foods market on opening day-what a treat!
The flat worked perfectly for our group. The layout is good, the beds are comfortable, the linens were soft, liked the pillows, great TV, free wifi-we have nothing bad to say about the place! Our stay was terrific and we will be back next year in the Fall & we are hoping for great weather again.

Lovely property for a family to stay

We stayed here in July 2009, and had a wonderful time. Casa de Julia is in a lovely, trendy, family friendly neighbourhood.

We wnejoyed the local restaurants and shops, and used the well equipped kitchen, The wireless internet and cable TV worked flawlessly. We would be very happy to stay here again!

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay! We took the business cards from the notebook for future reference (and to tell our friends!) Parking was great and flat! I slept on the daybed and slept comfortably. Thanks! ;0)

This flat is all and more of the descriptor. It is spacious and comfortable. It's location is perfect for walking to lovely restaurants, book stores and coffee shops. I shall return.
Owner's Response: We would love to have you back any time. There is a new Whole Foods coming to our neighborhood, it will be 3 blocks from the flat, by the time you return it may be up and running for you to enjoy!
