3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, Sleeps 6 comfortably.

Located 1 short block from a private members only bay beach w/spectacular Sunsets. Walking distance to the Harbor, restaurants and shops (0.6 miles). Walk to world class fishing charters. A 5 minute drive to the heart of town and Southern Beaches.This place has loads of charm. A newly remodeled, spacious, 1960's Leisureama w/skylights, all new furniture and cool vibe. Amenities include WiFi, cable, 2 decks, Weber gas grill, 3 new flat panel TV's. The family room is open and airy with vaulted ceilings throughout. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine outside the private main bedroom deck(with a small water view, also equipped with a firepit)! New spacious outdoor shower, dining set and a love seat swing are located outside the main deck beyond the kitchen sliders. A 3rd private bedroom with a full size bed is located off of the Family room and a Full sleeper sofa is also located in the family room. Privately situated on a dead end block. This is a place where memories are made.

Lovely Summer Rental

My family & I just returned from our vacation to Montauk and can't thank the owners of this house enough for the use of their great beach house! The pictures don't do it justice. From the proximity to the beach, the privacy of the backyard, and all the great ameneties this home is definitely one to check out! We are already looking forward to staying there again next summer!

All you could want...

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect location... layout of the house was ideal for our family of 6, and there was room for everyone! It felt just like home, and we were sorry to leave at the end of the week. Home was well maintained and comfortable; situated close to the Sound beach, fishing piers, and our favorite, Gosman's Dock. Owner was lovely; always there to answer a question and to offer good wishes for a pleasant stay. Definitely recommend this listing; you won't be disappointed!

All my family and myself loved this rental in Montauk. The house had all the conveniences we needed plus more. The owner left us everything we could want. The kids and the adults loved the outdoor shower. The house was within close walking distance to a beautiful private beach and still close to the ocean. We are looking forward to staying again in the future.

Great for Family

We had a great time staying at this home. We were travelling with 2 small babies and had plenty of space for 2 cribs, toys, etc! The home is walking distance to a very nice beach, about 5 mins drive to downtown, and 2 mins drive to the Gosmans area. The neighborhood is very quiet. The house was very clean and had all of the ammenities that we needed. Would definitely stay again.
