This hilltop villa is located in the Puntas area of Rincon. Perched high up you have panoramic view which include Desecheo Island as well as the night lights of Aguadilla. On the back balcony, you are in awe of the wild life in the most beautiful valley. This 3 story home consists of 2 rental units. The second and third floor is considered the main house, consisting of 3 bedrooms open living area as well as a separate den. Plenty of outdoor living space with the multiple decks and balconies. A great floor plan for entertaining! The first floor is a two bedroom apartment that sleeps 4-6. Rent these spaces separately or together. Salt water pool with waterfalls. Summer $300.00 a night for main house, $150.00 a night for apartment. Rent apartment $200.00 a night December through March. Also available FOR SALE
