Our 140 m² large split-level apartment is located in a carefully renovated Art Nouveau villa. It has a separate entrance and it's own heating. It is stylishly furnished and has all amenities. The garden and bicycle shed can also be used. The house is centrally located, only 500 m away from the lake. Our ' Bel Etage' / basement is suitable for up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, wc, and is otherwise furnished lik the rooftop apartment.
