Wow! Large 1800 square foot, three bedrooms, three and half bath air-conditioned luxury townhome one house from the ocean/beach! No street to cross to reach the beach! Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with granite tile. Master bedroom has king size top of line Simmons full memory foam mattress, dual sinks, separate tub and shower. Large ocean view rooftop deck, built-in BBQ Grill. Seven beach bikes. 42 inch Plasma TV in living room. Cable, HBO, Showtime, On Demand This is perfect for a small family or even three adult couples looking for something a lot nicer than the standard beat-up, beach rentals in Newport. There's nothing wrong with those rentals, but if you want a classy place to stay at the beach this is it. All guest bedrooms include hotel style Linens, Toiletries and 2 Turkish Bathrobes. As a courtesy to our downstairs neighbors, we limit the age of children allowed in the home to 4 (four) and above. E-mail us for our web page address with 38 pictures of the home.

Our upstairs townhouse is located conveniently between both Piers on the Peninsula; this is a quieter location than being right on the boardwalk, or if you were staying near the Piers, but you're only steps away from it all when you want it. Then you can return 'home' to your quiet and convenient location. If you're looking for a beach rental 'party house' this is NOT the place to stay. We want to rent our luxurious home to mature adults who will respect the home and be considerate to all our neighbors.

Notes: The home has living room with fireplace, dining room with large Restoration Hardware dining room table with seating for eight. Dine in luxury with Pottery Barn tableware and flatware. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. There is a 42 Inch Plasma TV in the living room with DVR. The Master bedroom and one other Guest bedroom each have a TV. All TVs have HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Movie Channel, Disney and On Demand. There are 2 DVD players and we offer free Wireless Internet. Once you step upstairs to the rooftop deck, you might never come back downstais. The views? You will love them! White water, Catalina Island, Newport Pier, Newport Coast, Fashion Island, Newport Bay, the mountains. We guarantee that next to being on the beach, this is where you'll be spending most of your time! We have seven beach bikes (four of which are Phat bikes) available for guests use. Garage can fit one average size car. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

We stayed here with our 3 daughters, and had the best vacation! Was close enough to Disneyland to visit 2 days, and so close to the beach! The home is very well equipped with everything from kitchen essentials, to beach toys! The owner has a great binder with fantastic restaurant suggestions, as well as home information that is very helpful! I usually like to stay at a different location each time I travel, but would definitely stay here again! Owners were very friendly and accomodating as well! Thank you!!
