Built in 2005 with all amenities available: whole house stereo, two entertainment centers, private office, 3 car garage, exercise equipment, pool/spa combo with waterfall, beautifully decorated and furnished. Balcony also has south exposure with views to adjoining bay. Walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. Enjoy days on oversized lanai with south exposure. There is also an outside patio and dock. Take side trips to nearby attractions such as plays, swamp tours with alligators, sunset cruises, fishing excursions, boat rentals, plus many more. Be prepared to enjoy PARADISE!
