The house has approximately 1700 square feet of living space. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a dining room, a new kitchen, a Florida room, a beach room and a pool with a patio and a cage. Price includes 11% tourist development and florida sales tax. Walk to Cladesi Island from the house. Caladesi is one of the last undeveloped barrier islands on the Gulf of Mexico with three climatic zones: a palmetto forest, a pine forest, and a conopied hammock with air plants and rate flora. You can see more nature here than in the Everglades! Watch the porpoises, practically in your backyard.

Our vacation home is situated by the beach in an absolutely first-class location on the Gulf of Mexico. It is located in a quiet, secure villa neighborhood on the island of Clearwater Beach, about 30 minutes from Tampa airport. The wonderful beach has very fine sand and dunes, and is just about a 2-minute walk from the house. The center of Clearwater Beach is about 1.5 miles away. One may choose between the peace and solitude of our beach or the lively tourist beach.

Notes: There are three seating areas with tables in the house: the dining room seats 6 people, the Florida room seats 4 people, and outside on the pool deck is an area for 4 people. There is a large pool and outdoor area under a screened cage. Living room has two sofas and an easy chair. There is an additional sleeper sofa and tree easy chairs in he Florida room. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher with an adjacent utility room with a washer and dryer. 100 Yards to the beach... and you can walk it barefoot if you want!
