Drive or bike short-cut takes you to town or the beach without driving in Route 1 traffic. One Rehoboth Beach parking pass supplied. Close to Outlets, supermarkets, restaurants, water park, as well as downtown and the beach. 5 bedroom 3-1/2 bath two-story twin home sleeps ten (max.), with two master suites (one on the ground floor) - perfect for a family or more than one couple. Beautifully furnished in a modern style, colorful and bright, with luxurious comfortable screened porch. Rehoboth Beach's beautiful sand beaches, charming shopping lanes, and famous boardwalk are just about one mile away. Close to the outlet malls and great shopping on Route 1, many wonderful restaurants and family activities. Golf is not far, and pools and tennis are right in our community of Eagles Landing. 3 parking spaces plus one parking pass for town. Charming Lewes and fun-filled Dewey and Bethany Beaches are minutes away.

Arrangements:: Our property is individually owned, it is our second home, but since we can't be there in case of questions or issues, we enlist the aid of a manager for your convenience: getting and returning keys and parking and pool passes, answering your questions, calling for service if anything breaks. We think it helps you and us equally. We will answer all your questions about the property. Once you decide to rent from us, the property manager will handle all the details. Thanks!

Credit Cards & Security Deposit: Our property manager can accept credit cards, with a 3% surcharge. Thanks for understanding. Our property management now offers $500 damage insurance for a one-time non-refundable fee of $50. No need to tie up $500 for security, or wait for your security deposit refund. This townhouse has everything one needs for comfort and ease of access to all that Rehoboth Beach has to offer.

we brought our two adult children and their spouses,,and a grandchild from each family,,,there was ample room for all, with private baths for each family,,and diaper space for the pee-wees,,,

pool close but not noisy,,good parking right up against the house,,easy shopping,,food and otherwise,,,bathrooms modern and excellent condition,,,great use of washer and dryer in kitchen area,,,fantastic screened porch with bbq gas grill for nearly daily use,,,owners very helpful and gave some great advice,,,need more hangers in closets,,
nice kitchen appliances,,and lots of couch space,,,tvs need some new flat panels with dvr capacity,,

tennis courts across the parking lot,,easy access,,

recommend this condo as being faily priced and well maintained,,, no smoking a great plus,,,,thanks Barry from Marv and Jane and Family

As for the tv's, we will put them on the long-term list. As our repeat clients know, we try to improve a little bit every year. We may not be able to replace the tv's right away, but we'll get there eventually.
