Enjoy a taste of Olde Marco at this cute and delightful one bedroom waterfront condominium. This unit, recently remodeled, is a great place to spend a relaxing winter vacation fishing, enjoying the sunshine and visiting with new friends or re-connecting with old.
This privately owned condominum is fully furnished with everything you'll need for your stay on Marco. There are two double beds in the unit, as well as a sofa sleeper in the living room. The bath features a shower only.
The kitchen is well stocked and has a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There are 2 televisions in the unit, as well as one VCR.
The complex has an activities room, (seasonally) heated swimming pool and boat dockage (for a small boat). Assigned parking is available. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Condo, Air Conditioning, Pool Heated, Dock, Elevator, Coin Operated Laundry, TV, VCR and/or DVD Player, Waterfront.
