Enjoy swimming or fishing in the the bay, or drive to the ocean for some action. Our house is on a 1/2 acre facing a private reserve. You can walk to a secluded bay beach for swimming in Noyac Bay, or take a dip in the channel right in the backyard. Open living / dining with cathedral ceilings, huge picture windows and 8' sliding doors frame the water view. You can even bird watch from the sofas! Three bedrooms, two baths, large outdoor entertaining patio and deck, outdoor shower, and more! 2 bicycles and 2 sea kayaks available for use. Clean, well-equipped house with A/C.

Sag Harbor is still the 'un-Hampton.' It's the most laid back of all the towns, and Noyac Bay is the hidden jewel. Drive the back roads to avoid traffic, enjoy the bay beaches, local farms and farmstands, or head down to the ocean to enjoy some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. We are located by the bay, north of Bridgehampton.

Nice house. This 3 bedroom house was perfect for our family getaway. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked (dishwasher was great too). Although the bathrooms are a bit outdated, it didn't bother us nor stop us from becoming a repeat customer. Washer and dryer are located in master bath which came in handy. Back deck is tranquil with bird houses and frequent nature visitors including one from a baby rabbit. Backyard view overlooks the channel and even has your own dock where you can feed the ducks every morning and afternoon. It was very relaxing. Quiet area and is a short drive to town or short walk to nature preserve\beach. Owners were nice to deal with.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
