The 150 m² living area consists of a living / dining room with fireplace and satellite TV (German stations), a stereo, 2 bedrooms each with bathroom, a guest toilet, a completely furnished kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, microwave, iron, fridge and deep freeze, dishwasher, washing machine). There are fly screens, a garage, a 9 x 4 meter swimming pool and a partially sheltered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.
