mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Ferienhaus.
Selten ruhig und nur ein kleiner Fußmarsch zum Supermarkt und zur Bushaltestelle- somit rein theoretisch kein Auto erforderlich- was für Cape Coral die Ausnahme darstellt.
Der "Verwalter" wohnt im Nachbarhaus- Vorteil bei Fragen oder "Problemchen".
Selbstverständlich auch für Jüngere geeignet- auch mit Kindern- falls diese nicht gerade das Talent haben jede Vase umreißen und jede verschlossene Vitrine öffnen zu müssen.
Owner's Response: Netter Gast und perfekter Kontakt.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, hat Isolierverglasung (hurrikansicher) und ist daher absolut ruhig gelegen.
Das Haus bietet Möglichkeiten für alle Altersgruppen, bisher gab es auch keine Probleme mit Kindern. Verantwortungsvolle Mieter stellen bei Kleinkindern - wenn nötig - den einen oder anderen Dekogegenstandt, z.B. Vase etwas höher.

Schöne, sehr ruhig gelegene Floridavilla am Kanal. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt und ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet worden. Die Ausrichtung der Terasse ist perfekt, so dass man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen kann. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub, gerne wieder.
Owner's Response: Wir bedanken uns und versichern, das Haus ständig in einem Top-Zustand zu halten. So wurden im letzten Jahr alle Fenster gegen hurrikan sichere (Doppelglas mit Folie dazwischen) ausgetauscht, was sich auch in der Wärmeisolierung und geringerem Energieverbrauch bemerkbar macht. Außerdem haben wir eine neue Klimaanlage erhalten sowie eine 1a Matratze im master bedroom. Die Liste könnte beliebig fortgesetzt werden.
Viele Stammgäste belohnen unsere Bemühungen.
