The 100 m² living area consists of a living / dining room with fireplace, underfloor heating and satellite dish, stereo, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. All the doors have screens to keep the bugs out. There´s a garage, a 5,000 m² gard with fruit trees and plants. There´s sun during the entire day on the 60 m² terrace.
