New in 2004 and in pristine condition! This home is a 3-story townhouse with 4 bedrooms & 4.5 baths. Each bedroom is set up as a mater suite with a private bath in each. Master Suite has Jacuzzi tub and private balcony. In-unit laundry area is located on the 3rd floor. There is also a private elevator located in the home. Living room is appointed with all leather furniture, large dining room table seats 8. Kitchen is fully equipment with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and granite counter tops. All luxury appointment throughout; HD TV, WI-FI, Wine Cooler, iPod docking stations in bedrooms and living area, quality linens and bath sets Private fenced in yard with private pool and deck, outdoor shower, gas grille and patio set This luxurious home is located between the intercoastal and the ocean. Wonderful stay near the sea

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. We had 6 people ranging from under 5 yrs old to over 65 years old and everyone had a great time. The house itself is nicely decorated and very comfortable. There is lots of space downstairs and the four bedrooms were all spacious with big beds and closets. The elevator was a great help for my older mother. We found all of the amenities we expected and everything was of good quality. Really everything we needed was right there for us – including beach towels and toys. There was ample patio space and a pool that was big enough for several adults and young children to swim and play. The townhouse is a short walk to the beach and to the village shops and restaurants and a quick drive over to Fort Lauderdale.

Our family had a wonderful time in this truly beautiful vacation townhouse! The elevator was a real plus! Although there were 8 of us we never felt cramped or at a loss for space. We each loved our beautifully decorated bedroom and really enjoyed having our own bathroom. The pool was clean and refreshing. The location of this home is very convenient to shopping and the beach! The owner was more than helpful every step of the way. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great house close to everything

Our group of 9 people have spent a great holiday in this house, which is very well equipped (as the description says..). It is well maintained and we encountered no problems what so ever during our stay. It is especially suitable for larger groups as it has its own elevator, 4 great bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Kitchen equipment is fully sufficient for a grill party (there is a large grill in the pool area). The owner was very helpfull and gave us some valuable tips as to where to go and what to see. I can definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful home with all of the amenities. Beautifully decorated. Thought of all things for guests, including chairs and coolers for the beach. Kid friendly. Kitchen is well equipped. Heated pool is a great start/end to the day. Wide Screen HD Plasma tv in family room. Flat screen tvs/vcrs in each bedroom.

Owner is great host. Enjoyed this property immensely. Perfect for our family of 5 with grandma as well.
