  • Summer Rentals: check-in 2 PM Saurday & check-out 11 AM Saturday.
    Weekly Rates .. $900-$3000/week, $300 refundable deposit within 5 days
    to reserve week(s). Pricing/avail, guaranteed with deposit which becomes
    security/cleaning deposit. Upon receipt of deposit, lease to be mailed,
    10% of rate due within 30 days. 50% balance due within 3-6 months, final
    50% balance is due 30 days before check-in.
    Your security deposit is the only way to reserve your rental;
    Deposit must be received within 5 days or the weeks remain open.

    Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Sliding glass doors open onto a large, astro-turf carpeted rear deck where sunsets are spectacular! The second bedroom also with a king-size bed opens onto the large back deck. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed; fourth bedroom comes with twin beds (for the kids). Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and lots of closet space.

Your house was absolutely the best. It is in such a great location, and walking to places was so conveinent! I deffinately want to come back with the rest of the family!!

Great house

I stayed there with my wife, two daughters (2 yrs and 6 mos) and two dogs. We had a really good time on the vacation and Georgia was quick to answer any questions and concerns. The photos were accurate and the place was well maintained. It was a very short walk to the beach (even for a 2 year old). It is situated in a quite neighborhood, which was great for kids needing sleep. The upper deck has an incredible view. My daughter still talks about the vacation and many of the sentences begin with "when we stayed at Georgia's house". I would highly recommend this rental.

Great vacation!!!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful shore house! The home was well stocked with everything you could need to have a great vacation. It was clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this home!!!

IT MADE OUR FAMILY REUNION PERFECT!!

WHAT A WONDERFUL HOME, THE PICTURES DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE! BRIGHT, VERY ROOMY, AND THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT. WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING. THE OWNERS ARE GREAT, HANDS ON,QUITE ACCESSIBLE, AND CONCERNED THAT WE HAD EVERYTHING! BEDROOMS ARE NICE SIZE, KITCHEN OPEN TO LARGE EATING AREA,WITH A ROOMY LIVING ROOM. WONDERFUL DECKS, EVEN OFF THE TWO REAR BEDROOMS. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE!! [GREAT HOAGIES, 1/2 BLOCK AWAY!!]

Wonderful Accommodations

Rented Georgia's place with family members for a long weekend. In town for a family wedding. Beautiful condo, short walk across the street to the beach, in a great neighborhood! The condo was extremely clean, and nicely furnished. The bedroom/bath level is set up great, and lots of room for everyone...including our dog. Can't wait to go back for a longer stay!! Loved it!
