The house is a beautiful Spanish Mediterranean style near downtown and the beach. Full kitchen, new appliances, carved door pantry, microwave, stove, refrigerator. Outside patio and deck with a large gas barbecue perfect for a summer retreat. Outside jacuzzi for a romantic relaxation. The bedroom have comfortable beds with flat screen TV in a romantic setting style. The living room has surrounding system, Sonos, 42 inches flat screen TV with a nice gas fireplace. The house was remodeled by the owner Chris. He built most of the furniture, cabinets, etc. We provide linens, towels, beach towels, chair and umbrella, boogie boards, tents, two mountain bikes, and much more. No parties allowed.

I recently stayed at this house with a group of my friends and we had the absolute best time ever! the house is centrally located to everything the city of Santa Barbara has to offer. The property is the best place to be if you want to get away from the world and just relax. The owners are the 2 nicest people you could rent from. The picked our friends up at the airport! Nobody does that! If you want to experience Santa Barbara and not stay in a hotel, this is the place to be.

We stayed here for 5 nights in May. This house was so fantastic, we passed up sight seeing just to enjoy the property! The outdoor living space is beyond fantastic! Every detail inside the house is perfectly placed and decorated. Teresa and Chris are the most welcoming and friendly people you could possibly rent from. We hope to start planning a yearly trip back to the house! Thank you so much Teresa and Chris!

This exceptionally clean, stylish, relaxing, spa-like environment provides all the anemities one expects when looking for that "home away from home" getaway. The home offers comfort and privacy, yet is within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I would highly recommend this house and it's location to those seeking to fulfill and enjoy all that Santa Barbara has to offer.

I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Santa Barbara. This is a beautiful home inside and out - complete with all the amenities of a 5 Star hotel. The home is very spacious and beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the back patio area is to die for. Best of all, the owners are absolutely wonderful. Their hospitality will keep me coming back again and again and again.

Last weekend my friends held a bridal shower for me at this location and I was so fascincated by this beautiful, relaxing home. It is clean, well-maintained and the owner provided stellar customer service.
We were able to enjoy the outdoor paradise, sitting and relaxing on the beautiful deck. Music surrounded us the entire time, there were so many radio stations and musicians to choose from. On Sunday we went for a nice hike in the Mission area. This home is close to all Santa Barbara has to offer. It is a hidden gem and I cannot wait to book my next stay. You will not be disappointed with your experience.
