Skiing just outside your door! First class ski area with 150 km of slopes and 33 lifts. Second longest run in Austria with a length of 7.6 km. Best snow conditions in the eastern Alps. Lighted sled run in the villiage. Cross country skiing. Very cozy living. Wooden floors, country furnishings, old wagon wheel as chandelier etc.

Ski: Sonnleitn/Austria: skis can be strapped on and off right at the house door! Top class winter sports! 33 lifts, 150 km of slopes. Skiing from 2,100 m to 600 m. The house is located at an altitude of 1,400 m. Excellent snow conditions, no hot winds. Cross-country skiing, ice skating, tobogganing, cleared hiking paths.
