Great decision

My husband and I spent 6 days on Oahu and with friends living in Kailua, it was only natural we stay there. We looked at several properties through VRBO but ultimately chose Hale Moana and we are more than pleased with that decision. The studio really does look like the pictures and is exceptionally clean. The linens were all very comfortable and everything listed in the amenities is included. We unfortunately did not get to take much advantage of the beach as the weather was quite cool, windy and rainy but the few times we did venture there it was closeby and easy to find. The neighborhood was quiet and the studio is private.
Kailua itself is a very nice town with plenty of restaurants and shopping. It's also very close to major freeways which made traveling to other parts of the island very easy. There is a rental car company in town.

It's so challenging to predict mother nature, the meteorologists do the best they can; hopefully you didn't depart too disappointed in the weather conditions during your stay and that when you went on excursions you got enough sunshine to hold you over! We have family in Pittsburgh; GO STEELERS! Perhaps next time you can plan a trip closer to summer when there's sure to be more sun; June, July, August.
