Accommodating 10-12 people comfortably, this home features 2 master suites with each a Queen size bed and private bathroom; the 3rd, 4th and 5th bedrooms feature 2 twin beds in each. I would highly recommend to anyone a vacation at this rental home. Superior to any motel , a clean, spacious home with a private pool ( and at a much better price). Plenty of room for our partry of three adults and four kids. Close enough to attractions yet away from major traffic with a grocery store and carry out restaurants nearby. If we ever return to the Orlando area this would be our first choice of accommedations.

We had a wonderful holiday. Three years ago we stayed at a hotel on International Drive,well what a mistake that was. I would advise anyone holidaying in Orlando to definately stay at a villa, (this one) where you can escape to the peace and calm of a villa, after having a hectic day at the parks. Larry and kims villa was a wonderful sanctuary for us where after being out all day we came back to relax and a dip in the pool. Our children loved their bedrooms especially having a t.v. in them. The neighbourhood was lovely and quiet no noise at all. Villa lovely and clean and beds really comfortable. Loads of space for everybody. Supermarket and petrol very close by which was very handy. Larry was very easy to deal with and any questions we had were answered really quickly. Also the on site management team, Emma and Mike were only a phone call away and were really helpful with any questions and directions that we asked for. All in all we would definitely recommend a stay at Larry and Kims it was our best holiday ever.

We loved this house! It was just the right distance from all the parks and there is a grocery store just down the road. The rooms were very clean. Our kids loved the rooms they chose and the pool of course! It was great to come to the house after a day at the parks and be able to relax by the pool. I will recommend this house to anyone coming to the Orlando area.

Great Place to Stay!

This house is perfect for all ages. Safe for little kids with top locks on the doors and a fence around the pool area. The pool provided fun for the entire family and was great after a long hot day at the parks. This home is close to everything. We spent a day at the beach and also did a few days at Disney. The owners and property mangement are both very responsive. We did not have a single issue and everything was as described and as we expected. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The home as an alarm for added safety so we always felt secure at night and leaving all day to go to the parks. I would recommend this house to everyone! Its all one level so it really is a good fit for the elderly and also for kids of all ages. I looked for a long time and this house was the best priced with a pool and convenient to so many places.

Very spacious, clean home, everything we could have asked for. Wonderful for children of all ages. Very close to the parks, shopping, golfing, fishing, and good restaurants. and they were all very easy to find, as the home is near the main highway ...... The screened in pool was awsome. NO BUGS EVER ..... Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Emma was great. Can not wait to be able to go back again. Larry even called us on the first night to make sure all was good. thanks Larry.....

I would highly recommend your home to everyone ......
