Sit in the enclosed lanai with sunken hot tub and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Great location close to Spanish Springs Town Square, Lake Sumter Landing Market Square, and all the great medical and shopping facilities. Located on no- through street. The Chula Vista club is minutes away, and offers executive golfers the choice of either the Mira Mesa or Chula Vista Courses. There’s also tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, volleyball and boccie. Just a short golf car ride in the other direction and you’ll discover the Hacienda Hills Golf & Country Club. Here you’ll discover a reputation for both fine golf and fine dining - 27 holes of championship golf and tennis outside, with great food served in a beautiful atmosphere inside. The Tierra del Sol Golf & C.C. is convenient as well, home to dining, championship and executive golf, and the popular Tierra del Sol recreation center. Play tennis, boccie or shuffleboard. Pitch a few horseshoes then relax and meet new friends by the adult pool.

Additional information about rental rates

  • * The Villages optional $50 temporary ID (limited to 2 adults) is not included in fees. We will include it if you are renting for more than 1 month.

    Maximum 4 occupants. **No one under the age of 30 years may overnight in our home.**
    No pets, no smoking, no subletting, & no exceptions.
    Utilities, Satellite TV over 250 channels, trash, and lawn service, are all included.
    Deposit/Cleaning/Security fee: $500 fully refundable after departure if no damages & no excess cleaning required (equal to 1 person 1.5 hour. See next paragraph). Cancellation: 100% refund of deposit if more than 120 days prior to check-in. Within 120 days, no refund of deposit.
  • Routine cleaning or maid service is not included. Cleaning arrangements may be made in advance or at time of check-in with our caretaker. House must be left in excellent condition with bed linens cleaned and refrigerator cleaned out. We have a cleaning service come in to do a thorough cleaning after each use. Any additional departure cleaning charges beyond an included departure cleaning (equivalent to about 1 person/1.5 hours) will be deducted from the deposit.

    If you do not have a wireless Internet account for your laptop (for example, by your cell phone company) or your hometown Internet provider does not have a toll-free access dial-up number for use with your laptop, The Village's complimentary computer lab with fast speed Internet access is minutes away at the Savannah Center (The Villages optional $50 Amenity ID required for computer lab access)

Notes: Activities: With the two guest ids you can enjoy reduced rates at Championship Golf Courses, heated pools, dinner at country clubs, and all the amenities available to residents. Golf Carts: The Villages is designed to provide golf cart access throughout the entire community. It's a great way to travel during your stay. We have a golf cart on site for your use. You will need to sign a waiver for use and pay a security deposit. Internet is available as you may be able to hook onto the wireless broadband that is being broadcast with your wireless laptop. Also at most of the recreation centers, there is wireless availability. There is a location at the Savannah Center for use of Internet connection and computer for free with your resident passes. No local phone. You must have your own cell phone. Cell reception is excellent.
