The Deepwell Neighborhood is very quiet and serene, which belies the fact that you can be in town in just a minute or two. There are close by hotels with spa services, casino a few miles down the road, and hiking trails a mile away. The streets are generally quite, good for walking. The Colony Neighborhood is only 19 new homes. It is extremely private and quiet. Guests are always amazed at the serenity in the mornings, allowing late sleeping without effort.

Living Space:: The living room is designed with comfort, relaxation and entertainment in mind with a 52' plasma TV, stereo, surround sound, dvd/cd player, Ipod docking station fed into the whole room stereo system, and a fireplace. The large kitchen has everything that you would need for the professional or novice chef, including wine refrigerator.. The adjacent dining table seats up to 10 - all with views to the outdoors. You will not want to miss this wonderful and spacious home for that Palm Springs splendor!

Bedrooms:: All bedrooms are fitted with 400 thread count sheets, and high end mattresses. There are extra linens as well as towels, wash cloths and towels for your to use.. Bedrooms have easy to operate bamboo screens for total privacy. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and cable television. The master bedroom has a 42' plasma, DVD player, and HBO and on demand channels!

Pool Area:: The pool area faces west and offers striking views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The spa is large, holding 6 adults easily. The yard is very private, the neighbors windows you see in the pool shot, are actually at 9' high, you cant see them, and they definitely can't see you. Not to mention only 2 people actually live in the neighborhood. This means that you have the gated cul de sac to yourselves. Kids can play out front, and there is no thru traffic to cause security concerns..

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 kids and my mother. We were all comfortable and the kids loved the pool. The layout is great for entertaining, and the owner is flexible and easy to work with. We will definitely try to stay again soon. I really loved the tile and decor in the bathrooms (all FOUR), and the beds are super-comfy!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The wife and I have visited P.S. many times over the years and know the area quite well….I would have to give high marks to our stay at this vacation home. The house was immaculately clean, beautifully furnished and perfectly located.

Actually stayed here on 2 ocassions!!!

Mike the owner was really helpful & easy to work
with... he even came back out to the property to
show us how to turn on the lights in the lap
pool,adjoining spa pool & flames by the pool ( a
really nice touch!)

Decor & cleanliness were are first class...... thats
why I stay when I am in Palm Springs!!

Location is in a really quiet gated community
literally minutes from the main strip in town.

Obviously I will stay here again!

Wow, what a well furnished and maintained home! This was quite a treat, the neighborhood is very quiet in the morning allowing us to sleep in, which we never get a chance to do, coming from the city. The owner was very courteous, helpful, and available for phone calls. This was a great vacation, and I would recommend this property to anyone!

My family stays in vacation homes all over the world. This was one of our favorite. Great architecture and well appointed. The great room allows for everyone to be together, but the bedrooms are remote and very private, which allowed us to be alone and in a quite place when desired. Stay here, you will love it..
