Our ranch-style house is located on a canal property with direct access (also for sailboats) to the Gulf of Mexico. The house has a 112 qm living area with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room and kitchen, and is situated in a clean, quiet but still central neighbourhood. The patio and pool are screened. The garden is tropically styled (lemon, mango and palm trees). We also have boat docks and a garage.

Nearest Beach : beach at 1.5 Kilometres
Car: necessary

The peninsula of Cape Coral, with its more than 400 miles of canals has its own sand beach (2 miles away) and is connected to Ft. Myers by two bridges. There are many restaurants and lots of great shopping.
