This 19th century town-house in Vámház Krt. 9 accommodates our 4 high quality renovated apartments. Apartment 2 and 3 are 104 m² each and offer with 2 bedrooms, living room, vestibule, fully equipped kitchen, bath and guest toilet pure extravagance. Central air conditioning, central heating, electronic alarm, satellite-TV, Parquet floors, double windows, high-speed internet access with WIFI and telephone are some features. Apartment 4 with 54 m² offers a bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and bath. Apartment 5 with 44 m² is a studio with large vestibule, fully equipped kitchen and bath. Our just renovated 54 m² two room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of our 19th century city house. Original parquet floors, high double windows, classic doors and antique furniture combined with a fully equipped kitchen and bath give a very pleasant living atmosphere.

Gut dass wir diese Wohnung gefunden haben !!

Nachdem uns ihr Fahrer wohlbehalten in die Wohnung im 3 Stock gbracht hat,
haben wir uns sehr über die Flasche Wein und Wasser im Küklschrank gefreut,
auch sonst fanden wir alles komplett und ordentlich vor, besser hätten wir es auch nicht einrichten können.
Unbedignt zu empfehlen: Gleich am ersten Tag haben wir mit Frau Ilona eine individuelle Stadtrundfahrt mit Metro, Bus und Strassenbahn gebucht,
jetzt kennen wir die Stadt, inclusive dem Nahverkehr, und haben für die nächsten Tage ein volles Programm.
Weiteres Highlight: Das Szechenyi Thermalbad, mehr als 10 Becken, eher ein Palast als ein Schwimmbad, unbedingt einen Tag einplanen.
Abends können wir uns entscheiden ob wir lieber durch die Fussgängerzone der Vaci oder Raday utca schlendern, die Wohnung liegt genau dazwischen.
Nochmals vielen Dank für Ihre Unterstützung, wir kommen wieder!!

Rundum perfekt!

Wir haben nunmehr bereits bei 2 Gelegenheiten (2006 und 2007) die wohnung Nr. 4 gemietet (und werden es sicher
bei Gelegenheit wiederholen):

- Die absolut zentrale Lage ist in Budapest nicht zu toppen; am Eingang zur Fußgängerzone, direkt neben der wunderbaren Markthalle, kann man den gesamten Innenstadtbereich bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants für jeden Geschmack und jeden Geldbeutel direkt vor der Tür, das sehr sehenswerte Nationalmuseum direkt um die Ecke.....

- Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr zweckmäßig und qualitätvoll eingerichtet. Insbesondere die Küche enthält alles was man braucht, bis hin zur "Starterration" Kaffee, eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung..... W-Lan, Kabelfernsehen, Stereoanlage.... alles wie man es sich wünscht, wenn man auf Reisen ist und selbst nicht allzuviel mit sich herumschleppen will.

- Dazu gibt es noch eine Vielzahl sehr hilfreicher, praktischer Tips von den Vermietern....

- Last not least: Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis dieser tollen Wohnungen ist - besonders verglichen mit den Budapester Hotel-Preisen - unglaublich günstig!!

Wie gesagt, unsere gesamte Familie wird gerne wiederkommen.

Superzentrale Lage in ´Budapest

Wir waren von der Ferienwohnung sehr angetan. Die Lage war Klasse, in 1 Minute war man in der Markthalle, in 2 Minuten in der Fußgängerzone. So konnte man auch nach dem Abendessen nochmal gemütlich durch die Stadt schlendern, ohne lange Anfahrwege in Kauf nehmen zu müssen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten haben wir zu Fuß erreicht und nicht einmal die Straßenbahn benutzt. Die Wohnung selbst war tadellos sauber und sehr großzügig geschnitten mit allen erforderlichen Ausstattungsmerkmalen (Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Sat-Fernseher). Bei unserem nächsten Budapest-Besuch werden wir wieder dort wohnen. Josef K. aus Bad Homburg
