This ground floor condo is conveniently located at Frank Lloyd Wright and Shea Blvd - about 20 minutes form Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The development is very quiet and is shielded from traffic noise. There is a wide variety of shopping, recreation, fine dining and sight-seeing in the area. You will be very close to the Mayo Clinic (3 miles) with easy access to the Loop 101 highway (4 miles). Everything is brand new in October 2008. The kitchen is completely equipped with everything needed as your home away from home. The master bedroom has a king bed & walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed. We rented the condo in summer and our stay was great. The condo itself is very nicely decorated with a lot of attention to detail. The owners are great people and very attentive. The complex is a nice, very clean, very well kept, quiet place, it has a great pool and is very safe; something that I looked for because most of the time my wife and kids were there by themselves. The location is also great, everything you need is closeby without being in the center of traffic and noise. We certainly will come back!

We found this condo to be very clean, comfortable and supplied with all necessities. The other aspects of the facility, such as pool, clubhouse, bbq's, etc. were top notch as well. We would not recommend this condo for more than 4 adults as it is not equipped to comfortably sleep that many.

This was our first experience with staying at a vacation rental as opposed to a hotel. We couldn't be happier. The condo was picture perfect with much attention paid to the details. They seem to have thought of all the little things. It definitely was a home away from home experience. The pool was well maintained and located close to the condo. The owners are fabulous - personable yet professional. They are very quick to respond not only when booking the condo but during your stay and upon return. They do ask for a security deposit but they refunded it in full --by the first business day it was already in the mail. We very much enjoyed our family vacation with our 4 year old.

Very nice, well located, quiet condo. Would recommend, and will stay there again when in Scottsdale. Owner very easy to deal with and reponsive to questions. Nice pool, workout area, and spa also included. Lacked for nothing. Ron O
