This is a magnificent 3000 square foot home situated on a one acre property in north- Scottsdale just off of the 101 Freeway between pinaclepeak and Scottsdale road. This home has 4 bedrooms and 21/2 baths. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and custom appliances. The living area is an open floor plan. Formal dining room an living room, TV room with Bose system and 3 car garage with finished floor Back yard has a large, swimming pool and is beautifully landscaped. Enjoyed our Stay

We enjoyed our three-week stay at this property and highly recommend it to others. The property was consistent with the description and photos, well-maintained and nicely decorated. The backyard pool area has a south-west exposure and is large and quite private.

We quite liked the location, which is in Pinnacle Peaks Estates, between Pinnacle Peak and Happy Valley (closer to Happy Valley) and about half-way between Scottsdale Road and Pima. The location was very quiet and residential (good for walks in the neighbourhood), but with easy access to the shopping and restaurants in the area and a short drive to the 101.

The owner had some problems programming the exterior lights, and that is one very minor thing which we could see being improved.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Beautiful Home

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. To say it was a home from home is a compliment, as there really was nothing lacking.

The house was exceptionally appointed, with more than adequate seating both indoor and outdoor. As other reviews have stated, the location is quiet and residential, but still extremely convenient for local amenities. As a golfer the location was perfect as i was no more than 15 minutes away from courses such as Grayhawk, TPC, Troon North and Boulders.

I would be more than happy to recommend this house to anyone visiting the area, and hope to be able to stay in it in the future.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
