Photos and Description of this New Point holiday house 4BR Bayfront Vacation Rental Mathews, Virginia USA

This is a non-commercial, family-oriented, quiet home. It will become your 'peace of the bay' as you visit. Sandra is equipped for fun-filled days as you refresh yourself. You must supply only your food, bedding, and towels. Pets allowed at the owners discretion. Outdoor living with a deck overlooking the beach invites fine relaxing & dining. We will make available crabbing and clamming tools, beach chairs, and a warm atmosphere. Enjoy gorgeous sunrises, and a private beach for residents only. This quiet beach-house is just 45 minutes from Busch Gardens and historic Williamsburg. And it is just a short trip to Virginia Beach and Newport News. It is near Bavon on the Chesapeake Bay, and is 90 miles from the Richmond area.

Great Time, Great House

If you want a house on the water, you just can't get closer than this! Quiet, private beach access, crabbing, fishing and lots of sand! The house is smallish but cozy with plenty of beds and views, the kitchen is nicely stocked. We visited Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg, both being a short and pleasant drive. Chinese food restaurant in Matthews has yummy food! The upstairs (and two of four bedrooms) is accessible by a spiral staircase which we loved but might not be suitable for really small children or the elderly.Our clan had a great time here.
