The house is located in the midst of vineyards, surrounded by a large property with stands of old trees. The studio is situated on the ground floor with a separate entrance over the covered terrace. The living-sleeping room with its vaulted stone ceilings is tiled with terracotta and furnished with a cozy sitting nook. Among the furnishings is a complete kitchen.
