With much attention to detail and modern technology, our unique holiday apartment has been created in a 200 year old farmhouse. Guests have free access to a fitness room, sauna, ¨American Hot-Whirlpool¨, shower and toilet, a terrace, garden. Also a rowboat on the Löcknitz is available.

Breetz is a small, romantic farming village with 14 farms that are only partially occupied and in use. Breetz is located on a small rise between Löcknitz, Elbe, numerous canals and broad meadows, in the midst of the charming nature reserve Elbtalaue-Prignitz.

Schönes HAus , Umgebung aber nachts zu laut

+ Haus sehr schön eingerichtet , Landschaft wunderschön , Ausflugsziele in der Nähe , nette Nachbarn, gutes Angelgewässer , Tolles Grundstück , tolle große Küche

negativ:
- Haus direkt an Hauptdorfstrasse an der die LKW ´s durchrasen (auch nachts ), dadurch Lärm /gestörter Schlaf /Aufschrecken
- Kinder müssen um ans Wasser zu gelangen über die Haupt/Dorfstrasse , die schnell befahren wird
-Betreuung vor Ort unklar
- Fazit :
Wir würden nicht nochmal mit Kindern anreisen ,
Kontakt nach Abschluß des Urlaubes nicht zufriedenstellend
Owner's Response: Wir freuen uns, dass es Ihnen in unserem Haus gut gefallen hat.

Zu den Kritikpunkten möchten wir wie folgt Stellung nehmen:

Die wenigen LKWs die Nachts hier, zugegeben manchmal zu schnell, durchfahren stören uns auch. Aber leider haben wir darauf keinen Einfluss, wenn einige Fahrer mit Ortskenntnis die Abkürzung durch das ansonsten wenig befahrene Dorf nehmen, statt die Bundesstraße zu benutzen. Die Kinder müssen diese Straße überqueren um zum Wasser zu gelangen, da sie aber wenig befahren ist wurde dies bisher, und wir vermieten schon fast 10 Jahre, von keinem Feriengast bemängelt. Die Straße wurde z.B. auch schon von Gästen zum Fußballspielen genutzt.

Die Betreuung vor Ort ist keineswegs unklar. Der Verwalter wohnt gleich nebenan, und ist jederzeit für die Wünsche und Probleme ansprechbar. Ab Dezember 2009 werden wir selbst unseren Wohnsitz in das gegenüberliegende Haus verlegen, sodass wir jeden Tag für unsere Gäste zur Verfügung stehen. Dann können wir auch unseren Service erweitern, z. B. mit einem Cafe, einer Galerie sowie Kanuverleih, Malkursen und einigem mehr.
