The 90 m² , lovely furnished apartment is located on the ground floor and is ideal for a max. of 4 people and a small child (cot or crib). The living room is equipped with a walled bench and cabinets in an Ibiza style (SAT-TV and CD radio) - two levels higher you will find the dining space for 6 people; a breakfast bar separates the open integrated kitchen. Bathroom with shower, WC and sink. A bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 190), in the children's room there are two single beds - both rooms have ceiling fans. The house is located directly on the beach, which is about 100 m deep, the shallow water is ideal for families with children, just a path separates the well-kept garden from the beach. From May to October, the guests can use all facilities of the neighbouring 4 star hotel "Ciudad Blanca" - like a pool, loungers and the diverse programs - also free of charge for children.

The house is located directly by the beach of the Bay of Alcudia - just a pedestrian promenade separates the well-kept garden from the beach. The beach and the shallow water are ideal for families with children. From May to October, the guests can use all facilities in the neighbouring 4 star hotel "Ciudad Blanca" like the pool, loungers and the diverse programs - particularly for children - free of charge. To the city of Puerto Alcudia with its diverse shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes on the promenade and in the marina it is about a 20 minute walk to the beach. We recommend several water sport facilities and hikes and cycle trips into the green back country - also tennis courts and a stable are nearby. From April - October, there are all shopping facilities and also several restaurants "next door" - along with a taxi stand and a bus stop.
