Midtown Manhattan holiday apartment

We were a party of five, three adults and two teenagers. We very much enjoyed staying at the rental property because of its location (very close to Time Square), cleanliness and care provided by the owner (as an example more than enough towels, linen, soap, shampoo, etc for all of us for the time we stayed. The kitchen was fine for us as we normally ate breakfast and one dinner there. There is no dining area, but a breakfast style table was fine for us. The building was quite also and no fears of any sort.
We felt the owners were very conscious of us enjoying our stay and were more than willing to help us out if we had any questions. Parking is below the building and is about the rate we expected for New York City. Easy access to parking.
I would recommend this place for a family for a vacation rental.

Very clean.Well maintained.Nice location.Owner had somebody waiting to give us the keys. Everything was organised. Owner also called us and gave us all the information about the apt.

We were so excited when we arrived at the apartment! We were in Herald Square!! Macy's across the street, Bryant Park and NY Library just up two blocks, Times Square a five minute walk, transit everywhere. We felt completely safe in the neighbourhood and regularly walked home from Times Square later in the evening after shows.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, lots of room for the four of us. The king bed was amazingly comfortable to sleep in.
We felt we got great value staying in this apartment, Qi was just a text message away, his mom gave us a tour of the apartment, showing us what was available to us. The apartment is on the quiet side of the building, no street noise, which made for restful nights after our busy days.
This was my third visit to NYC, the other two times I stayed in hotels. On future visits to NYC (and I love the city so much, there WILL be more!) I hope to stay in this apartment.... no more hotels!!
