You are looking at a brand new luxury duplex apartment in midtown Manhattan. The apartment is located in the heart of a highly sought-after area known as 'Hells Kitchen'. It is about a 7 minute walk from Time Square and the famous Broadway theater district. It is only a few blocks away from the subway station. The duplex apartment has a large kitchen, full-size bathroom, dining and sleeping area on the top level. A wooden spiral staircase takes you down the lower level which includes living and a second sleeping area, and a half-size bathroom. The lower level also provides an entrance to a large private outdoor patio. Together, the two levels have nearly 1000 square feet in living space. The two sleep areas are sectioned off by opaque curtains to maintain privacy. We also provide wifi, cable tv, bath towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioners and toothpaste for your entire stay. So pack light on the essentials :)

We spent 9 days there and everything was perfect.
The apartment is clean, big enough for 4 or even 5 people and really close to Times Square and Penn Station.
The neighbourhood, not being the best in manhattan, is secure and not too noisy (odd in a place like New York City).
The owners are both really nice, they left bath towels, soap and anything we could need.
The outdoor patio is also very nice. I could maybe suggest installing an alarm or a grille in order to increase the feeling of security but , I´d like to make this perfectly clear, the apartment is absolutely secure and we had no problem at all.

We spent 6 days in New York, the apartment was perfect for us. There is quick access to times square. You are a short walk to Penn station, if you take the train in from Newark you can walk to the apartment. We felt very safe and had no concerns with our stay. The apartment is very clean, the beds are comfortable. There was lots of room for everyone. Miran was very easy to deal with and accomodating to our schedule for flights. The area has lots of wonderful restaurants within a short walk. Highly recommend this apartment. Thanks for having us Miran and Qi.

Perfect apartment for our family of four

Miran and Qi were very accomodating prior to our arrival and during our 5 day/4 night visit in August. Qi met us at the apartment with the keys, gave us a tour inside, and was available to us throughout our stay if we had any needs.

We felt safe in the secure apartment and had the covenience of being able to prepare meals, eat together at the table, and do laundry as needed. Having WiFi was an added bonus. There was plenty of room in this apartment. It was nice to have separate sleeping areas from the kids and having 1 & 1/2 bathrooms was handy.

The apartment was clean. Linens, towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, tableware and cookware were right there for us to use.

We appreciated being in such a convenient location. We were able to walk to the theaters, Empire State Building, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, subway, and bus stops and much more. Dining and groceries were very close as well.

We highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Midtown Manhattan. We were very pleased with the spacious, clean, convenient and affordable rental. We looked forward to returning to this comfortable apartment each evening after a long day of sightseeing. The next time we visit NYC we will be renting this apartment.

Alquilamos este apartamento durante 5 noches de la primera semana de Julio, dos parejas, el apartamento es ideal ya que se encuentra muy bien situado, al lado de Times Square y como tiene dos plantas es perfecto para tener intimidad.
El barrio en el que se encuentra el apartamento está lleno de restaurantes y sitios para comprar comida.
Recomiendo encarecidamente el alquiler de este apartamento. Además tanto Miran como su marido son encantadores. Si volvemos a Nueva York, sin duda que alquilaremos este apartamento de nuevo.

Spacious and very clean

We rented this flat for only 2 nights, however it was a very pleasant stay. the apartment is very centrally located and it is very spacious. the owner was very flexible with the dates and times we wanted and though the flat was not available for the full period that we wanted, she was able to put us up in one of her other (very nice) aparentments for the remaining time. Both apartments were extremely clean with fresh amenities. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting ney york. its much more comfortable and efficient than booking a hotel!
