Large (approx. 130 m²), comfortable holiday house on approx. 750 m² property with various terraces, pool and large garden. The quiet, sunny heights allow a wonderful overview of the town, the historic castle and the harbour. The beaches on the Bay of Denia can be reached by car in just a few minutes.

Ideal for the perfect holiday

My family have stayed at the villa on many occasions and it has always been a truely relaxing experience. Excellent, quiet location on the mountain, very private and not over looked. Car is essential though as the villa is just outside the town. Supermarket very close by, town is about 10 minute and beach about 15 minute drive away. Pool and gardens are maintained to a high standard and villa is always spotlessly clean on arrival. I would highly recommend this villa for the perfect holiday for everyone.
