This new three bedroom, 2.5 bath furnished condo has 1600 sq. ft of living space and a private patio. Equipped with all new appliances: stove/oven, dish washer, washer/dryer, refrigerator/freezer with automatic ice maker, toaster, blender, all kitchen utensils etc. It has all the conveniences of home, Flat screen TV, DVD player with DVDs and CD player, PS2 with games, Internet available WiFi and PC.with printer so you can online check in your flights. This two storey Condo accommodates six people comfortably with king, double and two twin beds. There is air conditioning and central heating, and an outdoor pool is available for your enjoyment on the complex. The townhouse is beautifully furnished, has Central Air conditioning and heat, TV are flat LCD, Internet access available. Why stay at a hotel when you can have the equivalent to a 1600 sq/ft 5 Star super luxury suite with all the comforts imaginable. The house has three bedrooms on the second floor, with a King size bed in the master bedroom, Queen 2nd bedroom and two twin in kids room. And 2.5 bathrooms and master has on suite and beautifully furnished living and dining rooms.

I can RECOMMEND this clean and comfort house. It was just perfect. Very convinient to EVERYTHING.Disney is just down the road.
The owner was very friendly and answered every question we had.He put a lot of love in the decoration and supplied everything from spices to a irobot vaccum cleaner.Everything in the house was new.The pool was great. Really nice neighborhood.

An absolutely great place to stay. It was only 10 minutes to Disney and the home was stocked with EVERYTHING you need to have a great vacation. It was very clean and well maintained and the owner was great to deal with. He answered all of our questions promptly and was always a big help.
We will be back next time we head to Florida!

Extremely comfortable...great rental!

This property was all that was promised and more. It is very comfortable; great size rooms and baths; very clean, well maintained and well decorated; ample living areas and kitchen. We traveled with two kids who loved all the toys in the kids rooms. It is very close to the major parks and has grocery store and outlet malls close by. The PC in the house was great and WiFi worked perfectly. Cris the owner is very kind and maintains close communication, great customer service. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area. Will for sure rent it in the future!

The house was spacious and had quality fittings, the pool area was quiet and big enough for swimming as well as relaxing, our children loved all the Disney toys in their bedroom. It was well stocked with cleaning products, washing liquid etc. Close to Disney and good restuarants on International Drive. Wi-fi access on my portable worked well.

Superb Vacation home

Superb Townhouse. The house is clean, very tastefully decorated and also high tech - loved the Computer and internet service. Pool is faboulous and very close to the house. Found all the neccessary cleaning and household items in the house.
All Disney parks are a short drive. Universal studio parks is 15mins drive. Walmart is 1-2mins drive.
I would recommend this townhouse to anyone going for Disney Vacation.
