Upscale, spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa with den located on quaint street in most desirable Park Shore area of Naples, FL. Villa is located in highly desired location west of Route 41, close to everything, super short walk to the beach. Location allows for easy walk to many restaurants, and shops including waterside shopping center. The villa has an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and large tile throughout the home. Home has a fully equipped kitchen with newer cabinets and granite counter top, newer appliances, water filtration system & needed to prepare a big holiday meal. King sized bed in master bedroom, King in guest bedroom #1 and Queen bed in guest bedroom #2. Televisions included in each bedroom with television and VCR/DVD player also in den. All bed linens and towels are included in your stay including beach and pool towels. Villa has own private swimming pool and private hot tub inside the large southern exposure lanai area. Wireless Internet Included

Spaxious, Luxury Villa - lots of style: Do not settled for a 70's style, worn out rental.. Our villa was built in the 90's, and has been completely renovated with new roof, new paint, updated exterior lighting, new kitchen, two new central air conditioners, oversized hot water tank and much more... The owners are super responsive to maintenance issues (as this is their second home) and take care of any potential concerns before they become a problem... . updates throughout this entire home.. The home is an impressive property with 20 foot plus ceilings. The villa comes with it's own private pool (heater usage is optional) as well as it's own private outdoor hot tub. This home is not your typical warn out vacation rental, true luxury with all the space you need for your vacation!.
